Axoles de México or "we" or "us" is responsible for the processing of your personal data, its use, and its protection.
At Axoles de México, we are committed to the protection of your personal data and your right to privacy. This Privacy Notice provides relevant information to all Axoles de México customers and users of Axoles de México Media, defined below (collectively, "customers" or "you"), regarding the processing of your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the Law or LFPDPPP).
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Axoles de México Media shall mean all websites owned by Axoles de México or hosted by third parties under Axoles de México's instructions, our official social media channels, our applications, and any other digital media through which we may collect personal data.
Personal Data We Obtain
Axoles de México obtains personal data directly from its customers through various means, such as: filling out forms in stores; emails; or through our Axoles de México Media.

This personal data may be used in the event of any dispute or litigation and to protect the interests and property of Axoles de México, its employees, and customers.
Axoles de México does not collect personal data that could be considered sensitive under the LFPDPPP (Spanish Law on the Protection of Personal Data).
Purposes or uses of personal data
Distroller uses the personal data it obtains for the following primary purposes:
To comply with our legal obligations;
To process your requests for products and/or services;
To process your transactions;
To process your payment;
To bill your purchases;
To deliver your order(s);
To enforce our product warranties;
To address your questions, comments, or complaints.

When you purchase a product directly from us, either at one of our Axoles in Mexico or at our branches, we will require your financial and billing information, which is necessary to process your payment and issue the corresponding invoice.
When you purchase through our Online Store, your financial data will be processed by our service providers. These third-party providers, who have the required security measures in place, are responsible for processing your request and obtaining payment for your product(s). We have entered into contracts with our suppliers that aim to ensure that they comply with data protection regulations.

We will automatically obtain electronic data through your interaction with our websites, www.axoles.com. This data includes the IP address associated with your computer or electronic device, the operating system you use, the website from which you linked to our websites, your activity within our websites, the date and time you visited our online store, and your purchases.
